A vendor is any contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or service provider you add to VendorValid to track their insurance. Archived or deleted vendors don't count toward your limit.

You'll see a progress bar in your billing settings as you approach your limit. Once reached, adding new vendors shows an upgrade prompt. All existing vendors, policies, and data remain completely unaffected.
